Radiovibrations - Offset DX

by the end of 2014 a totally free DX frequency dominated by off-stepper-Iran (1476.26v not in scope) and two Egyptian 10 KW transmitters. Among those are probably AZE, TKM, CHN (12tx up to 10 KW), J (3 tx) and Thailand (50 KW).
Some signals show strong propagation effects like on shortwave. Calibration drifting a little due to temperature changes. I'm referring to the marks at 20UTC.
